We are looking for:

The Academy Trust is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Learning Support Assistant with excellent communication skills. With a professional approach to work across all year groups, supporting vulnerable SEND pupils in an engagement hub setting and within classes.

We are looking for a Senior SEND Learning Support Assistant who:

  • Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour for all children
  • Has a passion for supporting teaching and learning, particularly with SEND pupils
  • Is able to engage well with pupils
  • Is able to work under own initiative and plan and prepare and assess own lessons
  • Has the appropriate qualifications
