We're looking for a
Project Engineer – Technical Leader
to join our Precast Technical Solutions (PTS) team, based at Explore Industrial Park. This is your opportunity to provide specialist leadership in the delivery of precast and DfMA solutions across some of the UK's most iconic infrastructure and building projects.


About the Role
As a Key Member Of Our PTS Team, You'll

  • Lead technical input on the design, handling, and installation of bespoke precast concrete components.
  • Collaborate across project and manufacturing teams to optimise designs for safety, performance, and manufacture.
  • Influence major project outcomes from early feasibility through to delivery, ensuring DfMA principles are maximised.
  • Guide and challenge the supply chain to deliver technically robust, product-led solutions.


What You'll Bring
We're seeking someone with proven experience of
influencing design to embed DfMA solutions that are buildable and deliver reduced carbon outcomes
. You'll also have a strong track record of
delivering projects that apply modern methods of construction (MMC)
, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring
engineered safety, quality assurance and compliance
throughout the design and manufacturing lifecycle.

It would also be a bonus if you are
Chartered (or close to achieving this) with a relevant engineering institution
, and if you've brought innovation into your work through
lean methods, digital tools, or sustainable low-carbon solutions
that deliver right-first-time outcomes.
