Castlegate Security Services are looking for a Cleaner to join their team

The role will be to assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, whilst adhering to working safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position requires the delivery of high quality internal and external cleaning of areas to ensure these are presented at all times in a clean and professional manner.

Cleaning Duties Include:

  • Cleaning and Sanitising surfaces.
  • Cleaning and replenishing toilets.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors inside.
  • Sweeping and washing the outside areas.
  • Comprehensive dusting in all necessary areas including window ledges, doors, outside benches, signs and display boards.
  • Emptying bins and picking litter.
  • Checking for any spills and mopping as required.
  • Ensuring that the 'Daily Cleaning Checklists' are followed and jobs completed on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining a clean and smart appearance at all times (uniform provided).
  • Following and maintaining Health & Safety standards.
  • The above list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required relevant to the role.

  • Be a team player, flexible, adaptable and willing, on occasion to work additional hours to cover holidays and sick.

Job Type: TBC.

Must be willing to work weekends.

Hours to be discussed at interview

Salary will meet/exceed the national minimum wage.
