We are a friendly, family-run, and ambitious same-day courier and delivery business operating a fleet of over 20 Luton and panel vans (Mercedes Sprinter, Renault Master, Iveco) across the UK and Europe.

We're now looking for a reliable and responsible Van Driver to join our growing team in the Birmingham area. The role involves collecting and delivering goods across the UK while ensuring high-quality service, safety, and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vans to deliver goods across the UK
  • Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely collections and deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients
  • Handle goods carefully and complete delivery paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (Category B)
  • Good knowledge of UK roads and navigation (satnav use preferred)
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills
  • Previous experience in same-day delivery or courier work is an advantage
