SMT Operative | Clipstone, Mansfield

We are seeking a skilled SMT Operative, with experience of SMT assembly, to join our team based in Clipstone, Mansfield. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Duties will include:-

Essential Experience

  • Setting up and running screen printing equipment

  • Setting up and running pick and place equipment

  • Running a convection reflow oven

  • Experience of working within an electronics manufacturing environment

Desirable Experience

  • SMT programming

  • IPC experience or qualifications

  • Good component recognition skills

  • Working from circuit diagrams and understanding datasheets

  • Good visual inspection skills of PCB assemblies before reflowing

Personal Competencies

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and team working skills

  • The ability to work independently when required

  • The ability to work to company standards and procedures
