Label & Marketing Coordinator

Three Six Zero Recordings is a forward-thinking independent label built around creative freedom. While our foundation is in electronic music, we've expanded to work with boundary-pushing artists across many genres, such as Dom Dolla, Josh Baker, WILLOW and Jaden.

Since 2014, we've been more than just a label — we're a platform for artists who disrupt the norm, creating music that resonates from the underground to global arenas. Our focus is on delivering projects that challenge, inspire, and shape the future of music.

We are seeking a label coordinator to help contribute to the growth of the label and support the wider team in daily tasks.

This role primarily involves digital marketing and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to meet deadlines and objectives, and work efficiently within a fast-paced release schedule. This role is based out of Three Six Zero's offices in West London with some flexible and hybrid working (minimum 3 days a week in the office).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead on campaign management for specialist releases with support from the wider team.
  • Managing label social media channels and its burner accounts.
  • Development and execution of content ideas for the label's social media channels.
  • Generating social ideas for use on artist's and 3rd party channels to help promote releases.
  • Basic knowledge of Creator & Content Seeding agencies and strategy for execution in artist campaigns.
  • Management and delivery of core campaign asset suites via external designers.
  • Execution, management & growing of label database and CRM.
  • Assisting in all aspects of the business, including distribution, marketing, digital / social media, and more.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing, including sending out promotional materials and requesting/sending assets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date metadata in our catalogue system and release schedule.
  • Assisting with distribution delivery, including creating sales notes and label copy with guidance from the team.
  • Assisting the wider team with a variety of projects from traditional single campaigns, to live shows, content shoots and administration.
  • Organizing and filing artist, campaign and label assets within our cloud-sharing services.
  • Uploading releases to label's YouTube and SoundCloud channels & optimizing them for the platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for youth culture, artist journeys and the music industry with a particular focus on electronic music.
  • Familiarity with key artists, record labels, and current social media trends within the electronic music industry.
  • Working understanding of the TSZR roster, catalog and scenes the label represents.
  • Prior experience in a music-related role and a strong passion for working in an independent music industry environment.
  • Creative and imaginative approach to the role, with the ability to turn ideas into tangible and effective results.
  • Proficiency in standard office tools including; Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox/Box, and other similar software.
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premier Pro and CapCut for creative editing.
  • Experience in music industry/fan led platforms, i.e Co:Brand, Laylo
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven to take on new challenges independently.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong initiative.
