AC Jade Trading Limited is based in Camberley, Surrey, UK. We are seeking a full-time, multi-talented individual to join our friendly and dynamic team. the candidate will be an assistant role to support daily B2B and B2C retail fulfilment operations, warehouse operation and general sales support.

· Full-Time Position (On site, not remote)

· 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

· Salary Range: 22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)

· Yearly Performance Bonus

Job Description:

Retail Operational Assistant

· Daily Fulfilment operation for various B2C and B2B platforms

o Print orders from various platforms

o Hand the picking list / orders to the warehouse

o Pick & Pack and seal the box ready to ship

o Book shipping for the parcels

· Take phone calls when needed

Warehouse Operation Support

· Analyze stock levels and place orders with suppliers.

· Create stock level reports and identify stock shortages.

· Generate purchase orders and oversee the process until the stock is received in the UK warehouse.

· Monitor the progress, adjust completion dates, and coordinate with shipping agents to obtain shipment dates.

· Unload stock from track to the ground with other ACJ staff

· Check goods-in quantity

· Assist in allocating the stock to the racks

· Daily, replenish pick boxes to support warehouse fulfillment operations

Sales Support Assistant

· Manage Amazon Seller Central

· Customer Service for all retail customers

· Support manager and director in marketing activities

Experience Requirements:

· Full UK Driving License

· Prepare to learn pick up machines and forklift (Company provides training)

· Prepare to work in flexible hours (From time to time, Saturday morning may be required)

· Expect hands-on and physical operations in the warehouse (such as moving stocks)

· Telephone conversation (for providing telephone services) is essential

· Expect multi-disciplinary job activities (office, warehouse, clerical and hands-on)

· Enjoy team working environment

o Liaison smoothly with our staff in the office and in the warehouse

o Strong coordination and teamwork skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory).

· Prepare to learn SAGE Business Management and Blue Alligator software.

· Clear, organized, and efficient communication skills.

· Effective time management.

Expected Start Date: 15/12/2025 or earlier
