Session Gardeners (Paid Role – £21.50/hr, Minimum 2 hrs/week)

Location: Croydon | Time Commitment: Term time + some holidays

We're also hiring experienced, committed gardeners to join our team. You'll work directly

with children, leading and supporting gardening sessions alongside other passionate team

members.

Ideal candidates will:


• Be confident gardeners (no allotment needed)


• Enjoy teaching and engaging with children


• Be reliable and DBS-checked


• Arrive 30 minutes before and stay to help clean up after sessions

DBS check and safeguarding training are required – we will cover the cost.

Session length is approximately 1 hour, plus time before and after for set-up and clean-up.
