The teams collaborate with each other and with other investors across the firm to identify opportunities and risks.SustainabilitySustainability function focuses on integrating sustainability into investment strategies and operations. They offer sustainable investment solutions, leverage extensive research, collaborate with investors, engage with clients, provide thought leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.INFRASTRUCTUREGlobal TradingThe Trading Department is responsible for the execution and settlement of all trades on behalf of Wellington Managements clients, with strong infrastructure and control environment focus to support the complexities of trading across regulatory regimes.TechnologyA global, solutions-oriented group that drives innovation and operational excellence across the firm. It designs, builds, and supports industry-leading platforms that enable investment teams and client services to operate efficiently, securely, and at scaleLegal, Risk and ComplianceThe Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams at Wellington ensure the firm's operations are conducted within legal and regulatory frameworks while managing risks effectively. The Legal team provides legal advice, handles contracts, and manages legal risks.
