- Act as a trusted advisor to LAB Leadership on benefits, wellbeing, and policy matters.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day management of all benefits processes, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead annual benefits renewal cycles, liaising with brokers, external providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the Benefits & Wellbeing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with Finance.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
- Partner with the People Team, Finance, Procurement, and Global Benefits to ensure seamless coordination on regional and global initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely communication on benefit changes, market trends, and cost implications.
- Represent LAB in global and regional forums and share best practices across BCG.
Technical and Market Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK, Netherlands, and Belgium benefits legislation, market trends, and best practices.
- Manage wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they are evidence-based, inclusive, and aligned with business and employee needs.
- Lead complex change projects, such as provider transitions or benefit design updates (e.g., pensions, healthcare).
- Continuously review and enhance the overall benefits offering to maintain competitiveness and employee engagement.
What You'll Bring
You're good at:
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: providing strategy and thought leadership, navigating ambiguity, and driving initiatives from conception to execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: teaming effectively with various collaborators across multiple functions, writing compelling communications, and delivering presentations confidently.
- Stakeholder Management: developing, engaging, and influencing stakeholders, including senior leaders, with integrity, diplomacy and trust.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: staying flexible, shifting gears quickly, and acting upon feedback for continuous development.
- Attention to Detail and Confidentiality: maintaining high levels of detail orientation and confidentiality around personal and sensitive topics.
You Bring:
- Extensive experience in a Benefits & Wellbeing role, with prior experience in management consulting or professional services highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to handle a broad range of tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure, and autonomously.
