Ready to influence a project that will leave a lasting positive impact on people, place, and the environment?

If so, this opportunity is for you.

The Opportunity

Join a flagship £600 million civil engineering project in West Cumbria that's committed not only to exceptional technical delivery, but also to improving lives and strengthening local communities. As

, you will be at the heart of this mission—leading social value strategies that create jobs, boost local skills, support community initiatives, and drive long-term economic growth.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in a project with huge regional importance, while enjoying a competitive package, strong backing from senior leadership, and genuine career progression.

  • Work with procurement teams to ensure social value requirements are built into supply chain contracts
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders, community groups, charities, and educational institutions

  • Experience delivering social value on major civil engineering or infrastructure programmes

  • A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and building community partnerships
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills

Great to have:

  • Experience in nuclear or high-hazard environments
