Planning & Performance Analyst (VP)

Planning & Performance Analyst is required to join the Operations & Planning Department of a global investment banking business. This is a permanent position, at Vice President level, based in their London office. This role will pay a base salary of between £90,000 - £120,000 (based on experience) - Hybrid working (2-3 days in office).

This is a crucial role that focuses on analysing financial and workforce data, producing forecasts, and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include financial modelling, budgeting, performance analysis, variance reporting, and preparing management reports.

Key requirements:

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
