We're on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our dynamic team at Bonne Santè , a lively cocktail bar and restaurant known for top-tier service, creative drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career and play a key role in shaping an exciting and evolving venue.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue
- Opening and closing the venue to a consistently high standard
- Leading by example on shift and setting the tone for great service
- Helping to recruit, train and motivate the bar team
- Creating seasonal and bespoke cocktail menus
- Working closely with suppliers and understanding stock control
- Assisting with the development and pricing of a profitable, on-trend drinks menu
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A passion for cocktails, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of costings, GP margins, and stock management
- Reliable, driven, and calm under pressure
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends will be required)

- Competitive hourly rate based on experience (£12.50 – £13.50)
