Our work spans podcasts, video interviews, educational series, and social media campaigns aimed at patients, clinicians, the general public and professionals.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, organised and multi-skilled Content Creator to help
us plan, produce, and publish engaging multimedia content across our channels. You'll manage our social media content calendar, produce and edit videos, and oversee the editing and publishing of our podcast. This role suits someone who thrives in a creative start-up/scale-up environment, understands the nuances of different platforms, and can ensure our output is professional, compliant, and impactful. This role would involve creating assets for a range of brands within the Grow Group.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation, Planning & Scheduling:

o  Create content for patients and doctors. This may include printed materials such as labels, web content, social media, and other advertising assets.

o  Manage and maintain a social media content calendar across all platforms.

o  Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns, awareness days, and key content drops.

· Video Production & Editing:

o  Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube and social media.

o  Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro with strong attention to detail.

o  Add graphics, captions, and branding for consistency.

· Podcast Editing & Publishing:

o  Edit regular podcast episodes, including audio clean-up, intro/outro, and formatting for upload.

o  Create audiograms and short promotional clips for social media.

· Social Media Asset Creation:

o  Design and produce graphics, infographics, and carousel posts.

o  Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, platform-optimised assets.

o  Ensure content meets best practices for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Essential Skills & Experience

· Clear communication, organised and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

· Proven experience producing and editing video for social media and YouTube.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
.

· Audio editing ability (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar).

· Graphic design skills (E.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).

· Ability to follow brand guidelines and advertising regulatory restrictions.

· Experience managing a
social media content calendar
.

· Understanding of different social media platforms, their audiences, and best posting practices including TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.

·
Some knowledge of medical cannabis and the UK prescription market.

Desirable Skills

·
    London-based and able to attend occasional filming days and events.

· International travel may be required, so ability to fly/passport is a must.

· Experience in the medical cannabis, healthcare, or regulated industries.

· Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimisation.

· Photography skills for events and products.

· Experience working with podcast hosting platforms.

· Qualifications in graphic design, marketing, media, communications, digital asset creation, or a related subject.
