Essential Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Owner of Zero-Defect Culture and Proactive Quality for Wales MRO operations
  • Collaborate with Services Business Leadership on Breakthrough Objectives and Top-Level Improvement Priorities
  • Champion the Lean Transformation in Wales MRO Quality operations, providing subject matter expertise on methods and tools such as Problem Solving
  • Partner with customer teams and directly with customers on quality improvement to enhance the customer experience
  • Drive advanced quality tool maturation in Wales MRO operations.

Organizational

  • Lead an experienced team of quality professionals.
  • Work closely with horizontal team in services, programs, product support engineering, customer teams, and extended quality organization.
  • Coach/mentor team on an ongoing basis.

Operational

  • Assure performance to Key Performance Indicators in delivered and in process quality.
  • Maintain strong regulatory compliance and quality system compliance.
  • Drive and maintain regulatory and operator approvals in partnership with engine programs and overall network strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.

  • Significant exposure within Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience.

  • Experience Leading Teams
