Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd is a leader in the garden improvement space. Our growth is fuelled by passion, innovation, and a commitment to excellent customer service. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated, self-starting and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at our head office.
This role offers the opportunity to really put your own stamp on your work, thriving in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. You'll be instrumental in upselling and cross-selling within our sales team whilst managing your own opportunities through prospecting and returning B2B customers, continuously delivering outstanding customer service. This will be split between our dedicated sales office and our trade counter.
In return, we are looking for an extremely organised individual who has a positive go-get it attitude and is able to bring new and innovative ideas to the table.
The Role
Assist customers with inquiries through telephone, email and in person to provide product information and order placement.
Serve customers on our dedicated trade counter as and when required.
Upsell and Cross sell to maximise order value.
Seek out new business opportunities through prospecting.
Manage and follow up on leads through effective pipeline management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current B2B customers.
Produce and process accurate customer quotations, orders, and payments using in-house software and online portals.
Provide exceptional customer service and stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Handle data entry and administration tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Achieve sales targets that contribute towards company growth.
Adapt to varied roles and changing company needs, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness in sales and customer interactions.
Paving knowledge is not required as we offer a full comprehensive training.

Schedule
Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:00
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 to 14:00
Applicant expected to work 1 in 2 Saturdays. They can choose to either have a day off during the week, which will be scheduled around business needs and work Saturday or work 5 days plus Saturday.
