Your Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will bring comfort, reassurance, and independence to people living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care provided with dignity and warmth
  • Mobility support to promote confidence and safety
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication assistance
  • Light housekeeping
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Transporting clients to appointments or social activities
  • Documenting care and reporting changes

This is a female-only role due to personal care needs and preferences of our female clients, in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Who We're Looking For

  • Naturally caring, patient, and compassionate individuals
  • Female applicants (as required for personal care needs)
  • Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
  • UK driving licence required
  • Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full training provided
  • Willing to complete background checks
