What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (required)
  • Confident communicator with a people-first approach
  • Driven, proactive, and business-minded
  • Ability to deliver engaging 1-2-1 sessions and high-energy group classes
  • A team player who contributes to a positive gym environment

Role Overview:

  • Teach 5 fixed classes per week (included in your rent)
  • Opportunity to lead additional paid group classes
  • Deliver 1-2-1 inductions and support members on the gym floor
  • Take 2 weekly cleaning shifts alongside other PTs
  • Market yourself in-club and online with our support
  • Use club-generated leads and inquiries to grow your business
  • Build your client list and manage your own PT schedule
