Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Based in the UK, this role is vital for ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. As a Truck Driver at TDW Distribution Ltd, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing reliable logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport goods across designated routes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
  • Manage documentation related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
  • Utilize tracking technology to monitor vehicle location and status.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
  • Qualifications
  • Valid commercial driving license (CPC) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably in a logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to operate flatbed trucks is essential.
  • Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Experience with delivery logistics is preferred.
  • Guaranteed 12 hours per shift.
