The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Head of Reward, Systems and People Analytics to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will shape and deliver our approach to reward, lead the evolution of our HR systems, and develop and champion the use of people analytics to drive decision-making.

Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will bring expertise and fresh thinking to ensure our reward packages are competitive, sustainable and aligned to our firm's goals and values. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact across our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices, combining strategic influence with hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Reward 

  • Design and deliver a Reward strategy that inspires, motivates and recognises our people, covering salary, bonuses, benefits, and recognition programmes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure reward supports both business objectives and our culture.
  • Lead and oversee the delivery of the annual salary review process and bonus allocations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Use benchmarking insights to guide recommendations and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Oversee our benefits, pension schemes, and wellness programmes.
  • Enhance engagement, participation and understanding of reward and benefit programs through the use of innovative communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of existing Reward initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice in Reward management.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with our Inclusion and Diversity team to produce the annual Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap reports and support our commitment to equitable reward practices. 
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Systems 

  • Lead the development of HRIS and people analytics strategies that align with the firm's objectives, HR operational needs and enhance the employee experience. 
  • Manage and enhance our HR systems for optimal performance and user experience. 
  • Lead the rollout and integration of key HRIS projects, including new performance management, people analytics tools, and workflow solutions. 
  • Ensure our HR systems are integrated, efficient and user-friendly, working collaboratively with HR and IT colleagues.

People Analytics

  • Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics, helping to inform decision-making and strategy. 
  • Oversee the production of regular reports and logically structured presentations to present findings and trends to senior leaders. 
  • Drive and champion process improvement and automation to elevate the HRIS ecosystem and deliver enhanced capabilities. 
  • Uphold strict data protection standards and manage sensitive information responsibly. 
  • Support enhancing data literacy and competencies across the HR team. 

Experience, Skills & Attributes

  • Senior HR leadership experience with expertise in reward, HR systems and people analytics.
  • A strong track record in managing compensation review, benchmarking and benefits management.
  • Strong experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial) and a solid understanding of implementation, integration and optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading people analytics initiatives, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, impactful presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Previous experience of working in a professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
