My Client is a long established international professional service recruitment agency with long tenure and excellent client relations. They are seeking a Senior or Principal level Recruitment Consultant to join their team and work on a HR Recruitment desk.
(Please note this isnt a HR role, or an internal recruitment role, this is a 360 agency recruitment role hiring into the HR market)

  • The role is based in central London 2-3 days a week with a couple of days from home.
  • They are also seeking people for their Procurement and Tech recruitment teams.
  • If you have at least 2 years experience in a 360 role hiring Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or payroll professionals then we would love to hear from you. This could be into any sector or you might have sector agnostic experience which is also fine. You might have done some HR roles as part of an office support or professional services recruitment role.
  • They have options to build new desks whilst also cross sell into existing client bases.
  • They operate Dual desk but you have the option to focus more on contract or Perm depending on your background.
  • You will need strong BD and client relationship experience and a desire to network and build your desk.

  • Salaries are approx. £35K to £55K depending on level hired

Please note you will need to be a Recruiter from an agency background in a 360 capacity rather than Internal, account management or delivery as they only have 360 options on their teams at the moment.
