As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll:


• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with Autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties


• Help students stay focused, build self-esteem, and achieve their personal goals


• Support teachers in adapting lessons and resources to suit individual needs
