Job Overview:
As our In-House Counsel, you'll serve as the primary legal advisor, shaping our future and safeguarding our reputation. From drafting contracts to ensuring regulatory compliance, your expertise will guide the company in a myriad of legal challenges. All while enjoying the flexibility of being location-independent

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on various business strategies and decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise on compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
Stay abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
Foster a culture of legal compliance and best practices throughout the company.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
5+ years of legal experience, preferably in immigration or corporate law.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with technology and the digital workspace.
