Technical Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, testing, and maintaining online surveys using Alchemer, Forsta, and our bespoke Content Management System. You will collaborate with project managers, researchers, and data teams to ensure surveys are logically sound, visually appealing, and user-friendly for patient and caregiver audiences in recruitment of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and configure complex surveys using web-based survey tools.

  • Translate survey logic, skip patterns, and branching into accurate configurations.

  • Perform thorough testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure surveys function as intended across devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate with researchers or stakeholders to clarify requirements and offer configuration solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to survey performance or logic errors.

  • Maintain and document survey versions, logic changes, and deployment schedules.

  • Support data integration efforts by ensuring clean and consistent data output for analysis.

  • Monitor live survey responses to identify technical or user experience issues.

You will have/be:

  • 1–3 years of experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, Confirmit).

  • Strong attention to detail and logic-based problem solving.

  • Experience in survey scripting and QA processes.

  • Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Experience in healthcare, education, or customer experience industries.

  • Experience in clinical trials and drug development space preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree.
