About the RoleKey Responsibilities
- Lead strategic clinical planning and execution for assigned nuclear medicine programs
- Provide expert medical input into trial design, regulatory documents, and development plans
- Drive global clinical trial execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure patient safety oversight and contribute to safety management activities
- Support development of disease-specific clinical standards and protocols
- Represent clinical development in internal and external scientific discussions
- Interpret and present clinical data to guide program decisions and regulatory strategy
- Foster collaboration across global teams to accelerate delivery of innovative therapies
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with advanced clinical training in a relevant medical or scientific field
- Minimum 4 years of clinical practice experience, including residency
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or drug development, with expertise in nuclear medicine
- Proven track record in leading clinical activities across Phases I–IV in academic or industry settings
- Minimum 2 years of global clinical trial execution experience in a matrixed pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of oncology and ability to interpret and present clinical efficacy and safety data
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), trial design, statistics, and regulatory processes
- Previous global people management experience, including leadership in matrix environments
- Board Certification in Nuclear Medicine
