Corporate Tax & Incentives Solicitor | 2 - 4 PQE | Central London | £100k+

A renowned International law firm is looking for a Corporate Tax & Incentives Associate to join their their existing team. You will be working with fantastic clients on a range of corporate, real estate and finance transactions, with further opportunities to work in investment funds tax and employee incentives advice. This role is a unique opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to this growing practice within a leading London 100 firm in their central London office

The role

The firm is looking for a solicitor or associate with experience working in the Corporate Tax & Incentives space. You will be handling a wide range of cases for clients, while supporting the partner and team in continuing to grow the existing practice, and will be involved in marketing and business development.

The position offers fantastic growth potential for the right candidate, with opportunities to progress your career within a highly reputable team.

Requirements:

  • A qualified UK Solicitor, ideally in the range of
    PQE although all levels of experience will be considered
  • Prior experience of handling tax matters for mid-market M&A transactions is essential to the role
  • Ability to advise clients on on private capital matters is desired
