The Winter Lodge is opening its doors and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic, and festive individuals to join our team as we create a truly memorable winter experience

Positions Available: Front of House / Venue Support / Bartenders

Duration: November 10th – January 14th (Dates negotiable per candidate)

(There's a fantastic opportunity to stay on with the team based on your performance)

Hours: Part-time or more

We are gearing up for a wonderful season of events and unforgettable festive cheer as we become the ultimate winter destination on Friargate

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm, festive, and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable winter lodge experience.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, cosy, and organised Front of House area.
  • Take drink/food orders and serve customers efficiently.
  • Handle Cash & Card sales accurately.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a lively, enjoyable, and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is ideal but not essential—a sparkling personality is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain a smile in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Positive attitude and a real team player.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Excluding Christmas Day).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£14.00 per hour
