My client are a leading provider of services to the vulnerable, people with mental health, learning disabilities. They are committed to delivering inclusive, impactful, and user-centred digital solutions that make a meaningful difference to the people and communities they support.

The role:

Digital Product Developer
, a key technical role within their growing digital product and experience function. Working alongside the Senior Digital Product Manager and Senior Digital Experience Manager, you'll help design, build, and optimise digital solutions across websites (key focus), digital products such as wellbeing apps and user portals, and automation and process optimisation initiatives.

This is a full stack role with approx. spilt 60% Front End and 40% Back End, any experience with AI automation is a bonus.

My client is looking for a skilled and curious full-stack developer who thrives at the intersection of technology, user needs, and organisational impact.

You'll be someone who:

  • Has proven experience developing technical solutions across websites, digital products, and/or automation initiatives.
  • Is confident with modern Front End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks such as React or Angular) and has foundational experience in Back End technologies , .NET, or Python).
  • Understands web architecture, APIs, and data integrations.
  • Is familiar with content management systems (eg ) and website optimisation best practices.
  • Can integrate automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools, RPA, or AI-enabled workflows.

Desirable experience includes mobile or hybrid app development, cloud platforms (eg Azure), CI/CD pipelines, database management, and API development - though above all, we value your ability to solve problems, learn fast, and deliver quality solutions.
