WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • (Ideally)Previous Commis chef experience
  • Good level of English
  • Aptitude to following directions and willingness to learn
  • Experience with food preparation and good knife skills
  • Understanding of stock levels, getting ready for service
  • Natural supportive work ethic for a smooth running of the kitchen
