They've created an awesome software platform that reduces food waste by driving incredible efficiencies in the supply chain.
Why are they growing?
With inflation, food shortages and a desire to be more eco-aware, new customers are sitting up and taking notice of this business. Already at 50 heads, they now have the talent, experience and capability and are absolutely smashing it. Right time, right product, right moment

The last person we recruited into this role has just been promoted
What are they looking for?
A Digital / Software / Tech Project Manager, ideally someone who has just a couple of years of Project Management experience. Perhaps a recent graduate or someone who has recently started in a PM role and wants to move their career forward faster.
What's the role all about?
You'll work with client stakeholders, internal teams, and offshore development teams all the way through product development, software customisation or implementation.
What's the tech/environment?
The environment is Agile, the tech is MS azure stack, and the people are super talented but the customers are super demanding, so it's quick and challenging which means you've got to be on your A-game all the time
How about learning and development?
You'll work alongside a team that will invest in you. They'll spend time helping you understand their businesses and processes, you'll shadow other amazing people and they'll ramp things up slowly.
Where will I work?
The role is 100% remote but you're welcome in their Derby office anytime
Show me the money
The position comes with a starting salary to 35k plus a bonus which is based on individual/company performance, so the overall package will be around 40k + benefits, which includes the opportunity for you to take up their electric car salary sacrifice scheme
What skills will I need?
You'll need to have worked in a tech / digital project role within an agile, prince or waterwall environment. We're looking for a min 18 months of experience together with strong interpersonal / communication skills, this is a client-facing role
