Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator looking to grow your career in HR? We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our busy HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle and playing a vital role in the delivery of an efficient and professional HR service.

About the Role

As our HR Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR and recruitment queries – helping employees, managers, and candidates with clear and helpful guidance or directing them to the right support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the full recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, organising interviews, and preparing candidate documentation.
  • Assisting with onboarding processes such as right to work checks, visa documentation, and staff inductions.
  • Administering casual appointments and maintaining accurate records in the HR system.
  • Updating and maintaining HR data, running reports, and correcting system errors.
  • Supporting the preparation of correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Managing University Card applications and amendments.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practices across the HR team.
