About the Opportunity

Our client, a reputable and fast-growing law firm with a strong national and international presence, is seeking a talented
Litigation Associate
to join their dynamic disputes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to advance their career within a firm known for high-quality work, professional development, and a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda and case analyses.
  • Assist with all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes.
  • Maintain accurate file management and ensure compliance with firm procedures and court deadlines.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor with 3
    years PQE
    in litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines and handle matters independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Experience in commercial litigation (or specific practice area) is highly desirable.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
