Property Valuer - Market Harborough

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

On Target Earnings: £60,000 Plus

Location: Remote/Office split (work from home) and from the closest office

Are you an experienced Estate Agent ready for your next challenge with a leading independent agency? Our client, a well-established and respected estate agent with seven offices, is looking for a talented Sales Valuer to join their team in an employed, remote-working role — or from the nearest office.

This is a rare opportunity offering retained income for 4–5 months while you build your pipeline, a 30% commission on completed sale fees, (Subject to the business flourishing, the option to switch to a self-employed model at 70% commission later down the line.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct accurate and professional property valuations for sales.Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and effective sales strategies.Stay informed on local property trends to support your valuations.Present valuation findings clearly and confidently to vendors.Build trusted relationships with clients and provide excellent service throughout.Drive new business and help the company hit performance targets.Negotiate sales to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in property sales valuations within estate agency.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.Market awareness and analytical thinking.Full UK driving licence and access to a car.What's on Offer:
