About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Programmatic Adtech Solutions Manager to join our growing Acast Adtech Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our programmatic advertising campaigns for our valued clients. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our clients, internal teams, and partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in all aspects of programmatic advertising. This is a fixed term contract position covering a period of leave of 12 months.

What you´ll do

Reporting to the VP Adtech Solutions & Programmatic

Supporting Sales in the onboarding of new programmatic clients, including setting up accounts and supplying adtech solution recommendations presale.

Manage and optimize existing programmatic campaigns to maximize performance and achieve client goals.

Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.

Troubleshoot campaigns and technical issues related to delivery, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SSPs, DSPs) to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizations / upsell, providing insights and recommendations to sales.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless campaign execution and identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in growing strategic partnerships and overall volume of business for all forms of programmatic execution. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies in programmatic advertising, including new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs) - including supporting SSP demand facilitation team information requests and lead distribution and Adtech Solutions vendors that provide targeting, measurement or other features that facilitate digital advertising campaigns.

Work closely with DSP partners to grow demand from DSP market place deals

Provide ongoing technical support to clients for usage of Adtech Solutions, addressing any questions or concerns related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting.

Who you are

You are passionate about advertising, technology, media and of course podcasts

3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, inc. account management supporting agency sales efforts, with a strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem.

Hands-on experience with various ad platforms and technologies, including DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc…) and /or SSPs (e.g., Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Xandr), and ad servers.

A solid working knowledge of programmatic measurement tools, ad verification partners, 3rd party data providers & technologies.

Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad campaigns, tracking, and reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You are a collaborative, reliable, proactive and highly independent with a desire to teach and help others

Bonus Points:

Experience with header bidding and other advanced programmatic techniques.

Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.
