) has been at the forefront of the environmental sector for over 30 years. Founded in Sheffield — the 'Outdoor City' — we've grown into a UK-wide consultancy, adapting to changing environmental needs while staying true to our roots. We deliver expert, nature-led solutions that create meaningful change — for people, places, and the planet.

You'll work alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high standards across all stages of the project lifecycle — from survey to strategy.
About You

You're also someone who:
- Has a relevant undergraduate degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification)
- Brings experience in habitat and protected species assessments
- Has a strong track record in report writing and quality assurance
- May hold protected species survey and/or mitigation licences (advantageous)
- Can manage complex projects with minimal supervision
- Enjoys supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Brings a proactive, flexible approach to a dynamic workload
- Has an eye for detail and a commitment to best practice

- Lead and support ecological surveys and assessments
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports
- Support the development of junior ecologists
- Contribute to proposals and project planning
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
- Help maintain and grow strong client relationships
- You'll be empowered to take on more responsibility, contribute to business growth, and develop your own specialism within our team.
