We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and friendly Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of legal principles and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role involves supporting solicitors in managing cases, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and assisting clients across various legal matters, particularly in property and matrimonial law.

Duties

  • Assist solicitors in a range of legal matters, including property, family, civil, and litigation cases.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, statements, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct legal research on case law, precedents, and legislation to support active cases.
  • Prepare and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are well-organised and up to date.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other parties to provide updates and facilitate case progress.
  • Prepare bundles for court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Support solicitors in negotiations and case preparation to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all work complies with professional and regulatory standards.
