Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our CQC Outstanding-rated, multi award-winning home care team. If you are a Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN and a passion for delivering outstanding care, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.
  • Develop and monitor personalised care plans in line with CQC standards.
  • Conduct audits and maintain high-quality care delivery.
  • Work closely with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with current/active NMC PIN.
  • Proven experience in clinical or care management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and safeguarding.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
