What will you do?
As an experienced process safety professional, your expertise is vital in helping us protect people, assets, and the environment – making you an essential part of our mission.
With expertise on Process Safety Management, you will lead Process Safety Management (PSM) / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation program, aiming at identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions that impact from the board room to shopfloor. You will develop and lead project teams to help clients establishing and implementing robust transformation programs that will get embedded within the client environment and, in particular, building organizational capabilities to sustain process safety performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and implement client solutions in PSM/ORM that fit the client context, culture and business environment to help them manage risks proactively and be outcome-focused and ensure client requirements are not only met but exceeded.
Work across the client's business portfolio and value chain, while determining when and how to deep dive into technical operations on the process line or shop floor to better manage operational risks and enhance the client's business value.
Work closely with senior executives to understand their business challenges, identify process risk scenarios that impact their business goals and performance and link business performance to the organization's operational risks. Communicate and coordinate effectively across diverse client stakeholders, including the client business ecosystem.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders, facilitating decisions on process safety outcomes, proactively identify issues and risks in relation to the process safety transformation and roll out, liaise with the wider project team to evaluating potential solutions, pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.
Contributing to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies and mentoring junior colleagues and participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices.

Who are you?
You are a recognised process safety professional, and extensive experience applying process safety principles in operational environments.
Your experience and expertise include:
Strong knowledge and practical experience in application / facilitation of a wide range of process safety transformation programs.
Broad understanding of operational risk management and how different management and operations elements are linked together for effective process safety and operations performance.
Ability to effectively deliver training and executive coaching sessions to senior executives to build/strengthen capabilities.
Effective leadership skills to drive project execution in complex environments.
Proven track record in relevant highly-hazard/heavy manufacturing industries such oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, metal processing, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred).
~15+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Willingness to travel extensively.
