  • Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that customer feedback drives product decisions. Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their evolving needs and align product strategy accordingly.
  • Scalability & Innovation: Ensure products are built for scale, performance, and long-term sustainability. Leverage innovative technologies and approaches to continuously improve product offerings and stay ahead of the competition.

You will be a great fit if:

  • Scaling Product: You have managed at least one product from pilot to global scale that generates millions in revenue.
  • Experience with Large Global Enterprises: Extensive product management experience, specifically with SaaS products for large, global enterprise customers. Experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a must.
