Our founder needs a partner to run operations while he focuses on the wave of opportunities ahead. These opportunities include deepening our sector specialisms and our EMEA expansion.

What we're looking for

Essential:

• You've led project consulting team to deliver - any discipline. Environmental consultancy, ERP consulting, management consulting, IT services, engineering - if you've made consultants successful, we want to talk
• You bring gravitas to senior stakeholder conversations - our clients are CFOs and Finance Directors who need a peer, not a vendor
• You understand project economics and how to balance client value with commercial reality. And you are comfortable having the conversations to find the 'everyone wins'.
• Collaborative leadership style - hierarchy and ego won't work here
• UK right to live and work

Advantageous but not essential:

• ERP or finance systems project management experience
• Accountancy background
• Experience in the charity or care home sector

What you'll do

• Own delivery excellence
• systematic scoping, resource forecasting, and project management for our NetSuite practice
• Partner with the founder
• genuine influence on company direction as we scale globally
• Develop experienced professionals
• our team averages 8+ years experience; they need leadership, not micro-management
• Champion AI adoption
• lead how we use emerging tools to deliver better outcomes for clients and more rewarding work for the team
