Your Role at ONI- Assemble super resolution microscopes in accordance with work instructions and defined protocols
- Assemble, calibrate, and quality control opto-mechanical and electronic subcomponents
- Assemble, calibrate and quality control laser components
- Carry out optical alignment of lasers, mirrors, and lenses, and quality control and testing
- Carry out alignment and quality control of systems-level product
- Quality control components and materials from vendors to ensure tolerances are met for FIQA process
- Review and follow technical documentation during assembly and alignment i.e. drawings, work instructions, SOPs
- Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and cleanroom to ensure adherence to particulate and dust control standards.
- Proficient in assembling intricate systems using high-precision subcomponents
- Adherence to precise work instructions for the assembly and alignment of components and systems
- Proficiency in utilizing workshop tools and hand tools for machining and assembly tasks
- Skilled in the handling and maintenance of laser-grade optical components
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, including engineering drawings, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
- Assembled devices within a cleanroom environment
- Worked as part of a manufacturing team
- Degree in a relevant field i.e. Engineering, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
