An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Receptionist at Ashmere Derbyshire Ltd's Valley Lodge Care Home with Nursing.

Valley Lodge is a 61 bedded nursing home consisting of residential rooms, and a dementia household. Situated overlooking some of Matlock's finest views, and a short trip away from Matlock Bath.

As a Receptionist at Valley Lodge you will as and when required to cover busy periods, holiday and sickness. flexibility to work over all shifts is essential. Please do not apply if you are not flexible for all shifts.

Working hours will be 17.5 hours over 2 shifts.

Your main responsibilities will be to meet and greet visitors into to the home and to answer calls coming into the home, minute taking, and general administration for the home as requested by the home management team. You will also be responsible for the fire panel and procedure within the home.

You will be required to liaise with both residents and relatives arranging family and friend visitation as well as dealing with queries from doctors' surgeries and other health professionals.

You will be expected to deal with calls regarding enquires about the home and be confident in conducting show-rounds of the home to potential residents and their families.

We are looking for someone with customer facing experience and who has a passion for providing an excellent service, is highly organised and looking for a challenge in a busy role.
