An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Reservations Agent be part of the Team at Criterion Hospitality.

As Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of reservations, by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
  • Manage the daily operations and efficient running of the reservation team and the day- to -day reservation enquiries, responding to all email's ad guest requests.
  • Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
  • To ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and reservations reports are completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure that accurate, up-to-date contract information, rate agreements, data input are in place for all existing and new clients.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 years' experience at a Reservation Agent level.
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to work under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems
