Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Suervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our existing team of cleaners, ensuring that the building is maintained to a high standard. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Interact courteously with clients and staff while performing cleaning duties.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with additional tasks when staff require addishinal halp.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervising role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. If you are passionate about cleanliness and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for this position as a Supervisor.
