Are you a confident, people-focused individual who thrives on building genuine connections and delivering excellent client experiences?
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Direct Communication Assistant to join our growing Birmingham-based team. You'll play a key role in supporting marketing and brand development campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across a range of client-facing projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with clients, representing a brand with professionalism, and contributing to the planning and delivery of impactful marketing activities.
The Role
As a Direct Communication Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our client engagement and campaign delivery. Working closely with experienced coordinators and project leads, you'll help plan, organise, and execute marketing initiatives while ensuring that every client interaction reflects our values and attention to detail.
You'll gain hands-on experience across communication, coordination, and campaign management — developing both your client-facing and operational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing and brand communication campaigns.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure clear, consistent communication.
- Assist in organising events, launches, and on-site activations, representing the company with professionalism.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for both client and internal use.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and campaign documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in face-to-face and verbal client interaction.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in marketing, coordination, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using general office systems and tools.
What You'll Gain
- Full-time employment with structured professional development and training.
- Continuous mentorship and hands-on learning from experienced professionals.
- A supportive, collaborative team culture that values initiative and contribution.
- Clear progression opportunities into senior coordination, client management, or leadership roles.
- The chance to work on impactful marketing campaigns across diverse industries.
If you're ready to build a long-term career in marketing and communication, enjoy working with clients face-to-face, and want to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.
