Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Our client are looking for a proactive, people-focused
HR Advisor
to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping their employee experience.

As their new HR Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our employees and management – providing trusted HR support, keeping our policies sharp and compliant, and ensuring their employees feel valued, heard, and supported every step of the way.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR queries – from pay and policies to process questions.
  • Keep their HR systems (BrightHR) up to date and accurate.
  • Support their internal managers with ER cases, absence management, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Partner with their HR Lead on more complex HR activities and exciting people projects.
  • Play a key role in the recruitment journey – writing job ads, screening candidates, arranging interviews
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience and manage all HR documents for new starters and leavers.
  • Stay ahead of the game with policy updates in line with UK employment law.
  • Lead on monthly payroll data checks (Payescape) and support benefits administration.
  • Champion employee engagement by planning events and initiatives with their HR Lead.
  • Own key Health & Safety responsibilities and general office admin.
  • Provide admin support to the Finance Director and senior leadership as needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years
    of hands-on HR Advisory experience and payroll ( excellent EXCEL SKILLS )
  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    (required)
  • CIPD certification
    (please specify your level in your application)
  • A confident communicator with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Organised, self-sufficient, and thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience with HR systems (especially BrightHR) and payroll (Payescape) is a plus
