If you're passionate about people, strategy, and making an impact, this could be your next big move and as a result of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Recruitment team.
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and be involved in developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for a company, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the Group, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Conducting thorough searches to identify potential candidates through various social media channels and networking events, including career fairs.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential talent pools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates, qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and reference checks.
- Manage multiple job orders simultaneously, prioritising workload to meet hiring deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies when needed.
- Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
- Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a TA Manager (or towards ), ideally in a construction/engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering on multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle large volumes of recruitment activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience within the electrical services industry or related field is a plus.
