Digital Marketing Assistant

Hever Castle & Gardens is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on content creation, design, and e-commerce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the promotion of Hever Castle Venue & Accommodation, Hever Castle Golf & Wellbeing, and Retail, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Hever Castle online shop via Shopify, optimising product listings and promotions.
  • Manage website updates and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and the website to enhance audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the creation and management of PPC advertising campaigns across Google and social media platforms.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content for marketing purposes.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual with:

  • Some experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for design and branding, with high attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS systems, and email marketing tools.

Desirable skills include knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and video editing.

An interest or experience in one or more of the following areas: weddings, hospitality, golf & wellbeing, or retail would be an advantage.
