Are you an experienced insurance & personal protection adviser looking to step into an established high performing team where you have the training & support to apply your skills every day.

is a boutique, client-focused firm based in Winchester offering a rare opportunity for an employed insurance adviser to join our small, experienced, and supportive team.

You will be supporting our senior insurance adviser to provide protection advice for the clients of our 4 mortgage only advisers.

  • 4 Mortgage Advisers
  • 1 Senior Insurance Adviser
  • 2 Administrators & Case Handlers

We catch up every few weeks (voluntary) and stay in regular contact through WhatsApp for quick questions, updates, and ongoing support.

Who We're Looking For

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance advising experience
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
  • Professional, personable, and motivated to grow with a supportive team
  • Not removed from any insurers panel
  • Ideally based within 1 hour travel of Winchester/Hampshire.
