Busy Nought to Fives Ltd Nursery is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner, Level 3 to join our thriving, well-established nursery setting. This role would require you to support the leadership team when needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education
  • Have at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be proactive, flexible, and positive in approach
  • Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

Childcare and Education

  • Identify and meet the individual needs of each child
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework
  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring accurate observations and assessments
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote children's independence, confidence, and curiosity

Parent and Community Engagement

  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Provide regular updates on children's development and nursery activities
  • Liaise with external agencies and professionals when required
